Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect when you use the Sakeefa website and how we use it. We collect only what we need to deliver and install your order and to contact you about it.

What we collect at checkout

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your delivery address, governorate and city.
• Your order details, the products and the payment method you chose.
• Any delivery notes you add, such as the floor number or a nearby landmark.

What we collect when you book an inspection

To book a site visit we ask for your address and a convenient time, and we may ask for photos or a description of the space. During the visit, our engineer takes measurements and photos of the space. We use them only for your design and quote.

Payments

Card payments go through an external payment gateway. You enter your card details on the gateway page, so they never reach us and we never store them. The gateway sends us only the result of the payment and its reference number.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart and remember your language. We also use analytics tools that show us which pages people visit and for how long, without linking that to your name. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though your cart will then empty.

How long we keep data

We keep order data for the length of the warranty, 5 years from installation, so we can handle warranty and maintenance requests. We keep accounting records for as long as Egyptian law requires. After that we delete the data or remove anything that identifies you. If you leave a cart without ordering, we delete its contents after 30 days.

Keeping data safe

We store data on password-protected servers. Only the staff who need it to prepare, install or service your order can see it.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address only with our delivery partners, so they can bring you your order. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct any data that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data, unless we still need it for an open order or an active warranty.
• Stop our marketing messages at any time.
