Terms of service
These terms apply to every order you place on the Sakeefa website. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them before you pay.
Orders and pricing
All prices on the site are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include any applicable tax. We may change prices or end an offer at any time, but the price shown when you complete checkout is the price you pay. If we list a product at the wrong price, we will contact you before preparing the order, and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel. We email you an order confirmation with a number starting with ORD- so you can track it.
Deposits for made-to-measure items
Pergolas and any product we build to custom dimensions need a deposit, paid online before production starts. We begin production only after you approve the design and measurements in writing. You pay the balance at installation. The deposit is not refundable once production starts, because we cut the item to fit your space and cannot sell it to anyone else.
Delivery and installation
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt, and you see the delivery fee before you pay. In-stock orders in Cairo and Giza usually arrive within 7 days. Delivery dates are estimates, and we will tell you about any delay. You need to prepare the installation area and give our team safe access to it. If the area is not ready on the agreed day, we may need to book a new date. The technician checks the item with you at handover and records any issue with its finish or size on the delivery note.
Inspection visits
The site inspection fee is 10% of the delivery price for your governorate, paid when you book. The engineer measures the space and gives a recommendation. Booking a visit does not commit you to buy.
Returns
- You can return standard items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- We refund the original payment method after we inspect the item at our warehouse.
- Made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing fault.
Warranty
Frames and mechanisms carry a 5-year warranty and canopy fabric a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults, counted from the installation date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from leaving an umbrella open in strong wind, or from repairs or installation by someone else. Our technician decides whether to repair the fault or replace the part.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for damage caused by events outside our control, such as storms or courier delays.
Governing law
Egyptian law governs these terms, and the Egyptian courts handle any dispute.
